QRX initiated a fuel surcharge on its customer consignment transactions as a consequence of significant increases in global oil prices since 1999. QRX’s linehaul providers have initiated a fuel surcharge recovery mechanism on QRX to recovery the impact of these high oil prices.

Our goal is to recover only that component of our costs through higher oil prices through a customer fuel surcharge.

Our linehaul fuel surcharges are reveiwed monthly and changes are communicated by way of letter to account customers.

The current QRX Fuel surcharge is 8.26% for October 2007 and 9.06% for November 2007

The current Toll Refrigerated Fuel surcharge is 7.58% for October 2007 and 8.47% for November 2007
