Does QRX have a door to door service?
QRX operates a fleet of over 100 vehicles throughout the state providing a full door to door service through our rail linehaul network.
What is the frequency of QRX's service
QRX picks up and despatches daily through a detailed time certain schedule. Refer to the "Timetable and Schedules" tab on the top navigation bar for more details.
What size truck will arrive to pick up my freight?
The QRX fleet has trucks for all types of operating condition including tailgate lifters, to "B Double" rigs.

How do my goods need to be wrapped and labeled?
Securely bound and centrally positioned within the confines of a pallet (shrink wrapping, or securely strapped) or with bulk bundled freight, securely fastened with appropriate strapping.
The pallets/bundles must be clearly labeled with Receivers name, physical delivery address, and appropriate consignments details.

When calling for a quote on my goods, what will the operator need to know?
If you complete the rate request by filling in the form an account manager will contact you within 24 hours to clarify further details. Or should you wish to speak to someone directly, please contact the call centre on 13 24 82.

Does this quote include Toll Extra Service (TES)?
For a fee of $8.80 (inclusive of GST) per consignment Toll will accept liability up to the value of $800 if goods are lost or damaged due to its negligence. Click here for more information on Toll's Extra Service offering.
When arranging for a pick-up, what will the operator need to know?
The operator will require:
- The weight of the goods
- The cubic measure of the goods (ie. length/width/height)
- Full details on the pick-up address
- The name only of the destination town/city
- Who is paying for the freight - sender or receiver
- Will these goods be paid for on account or cash
- Do you require/have lifting facilities
