When size and certainty matter, consider that QRX Transport moves more than 50% of Queenslands general freight through its LCL (Less than Container Load), FCL (Full Container Load) and Refrigerated divisions.
Our QRX LCL division operates a comprehensive door to door service, utilising the rail system as the primary linehaul medium.
We use specially designed, company owned containers ensuring reliable services to QRX Branches and Agents throughout the State. Our containerised freight systems have greatly reduced handling of customers product compared to methods adopted many years ago.
The QRX FCL operation uses specially designed company owned containers and cargo flats of various sizes to provide door to door services to provincial centres throughout the State (as well as interstate destinations)
The QRX Refrigerated division provides refrigerated services by road and rail throughout Queensland. This door to door service utilises the most up to date equipment for pickup and delivery services for our customers.
Our purpose built temperature controlled terminal ensures that chilled and frozen products reach their destination in the best possible condition.
Northern Queensland provides much of Southern Australia's produce, and QRX moves substantial quantites of product to these markets highlighting our diverse capabilities in delivering cost effective solutions to a wide variety of customers.
As well as servicing major centres in Queensland, QRX plays a role in maintaining the supply chain to the exploration and mining industries associated with the development of this country’s natural resources.
